Mr Wang has 20+ years of industry experience in investment banking with focus mainly on private structured financing projects in the Asia Pacific region. In 2020, he joined Haitong International Security Co. Ltd to set up and head the Loan Capital Market and Special Situation Group to further develop the firm's private financing business. Mr Wang is experienced in providing tailor made financing solutions to companies in various sectors including health care, consumer, TMT, real estate, manufacturing among others to cater their diversified needs from growth capital, M&A, restructuring, delisting to asset backed financing. Before joining Haitong International, Mr Wang took various jobs in US and European investment banks including UBS, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Citibank and Mount Kellett Capital, a global private equity and alternative investment fund.
